    • Oversee Completion of Construction and Facilities Oversight

      Provide strong Board oversight of major facilities projects to promote timely completion, cost control, transparency, and minimal disruption to students.

    • Expand Public Comment Access

      Make it easier for parents, students, and staff, and community members to participate in Board meetings.

    • Enhance Zoom & Written Participation

      Expand opportunities for remote and written public participation, including reading written comments aloud during meetings.

      Increase meeting efficiency while preserving meaningful public participation.
